Ultrasonic atomization
This is the use of ultrasonic principles to convert liquid into mist through over-frequency vibration.
Compressed atomization, also known as jet atomization
It compresses air to form a high-speed airflow through a small tube. The negative pressure generated by this high-speed airflow will drive the liquid or other fluids to hit the obstruction together, so that the droplets will splash into mist particles under high-speed impact and spray out through the outlet pipe.
Net atomization

The liquid is squeezed out through the holes of the nozzle-type net spray head through the up and down vibration of the vibrator. This atomization method combines tiny ultrasonic vibrations with the special structure of the net spray head.
Atomizer Plate Classification
Solid hole Atomizer Plate: It has a higher frequency and is usually divided into three types: 1.7MHz, 2.4MHz and 3.0MHz. This Ceramic atomizer plate is covered with glass glaze on the surface and instantly decomposes water into tiny water droplets through the principle of high-frequency vibration ultrasound. It is often used in high-power products such as home potted plants, humidifiers and aromatherapy machines.
Microporous Atomizer Plate: It is composed of a piezoelectric ceramic plate and a metal film. The metal film has a microporous area, which is usually made by laser perforation technology, so the cost is relatively high. When working, the sponge suction rod sucks up the water and then sprays it out through the fine holes in the middle of the atomizer plate. Since the fine holes are easily blocked, the requirements for water quality are relatively strict. Its power is small and it is mainly suitable for products such as Medical atomized plate, car sprayers and handheld beauty sprayers.
In addition, the 1.7M atomizer plate is particularly suitable for high-power humidifiers (power over 15W), while the 2.4M and 3M atomizer plates are suitable for low-power aromatherapy machines (power between 6-12W). During the entire atomization process, the super-audio PWM pulse signal generated by the chip is driven, amplified and boosted, and then drives the Atomizer Plate to generate ultrasonic frequency transducer vibration, thereby breaking up the water molecules and atomizing them into the air to achieve a humidification effect.
